Vision

To raise a new generation of servant leaders who live with

spiritual depth, strong character, and a clear sense of calling—leaders

who influence their families, communities, and society.

ILP Objectives

  1. Cultivate emerging leaders who embody the heart of servant leadership and lead with humility, integrity, and compassion.

  2. Deepen spiritual formation and equip students to live as disciples of Jesus Christ who can disciple others with wisdom and faithfulness.

  3. Empower young adults with essential life and leadership skills that prepare them for future opportunities in work, ministry, and community life.

  4. Guide students in discovering their personal calling and life vision, and support them in applying that vision in practical, meaningful ways.

  5. Prepare young leaders to create positive, lasting impact in their families, communities, and society through service, initiative, and holistic transformation.

Our
Story

The Influential Life Program (ILP) is an emerging initiative of the KLDF Foundation designed to serve Karen and other hill tribe young adults who are not currently in university but desire to grow in leadership, spiritual formation, and life purpose. For nearly nine years, KLDF has invested deeply in university students through the KLDP Ministries Program. However, many young adults outside the university system also carry great potential and growing needs.

ILP was created to open wider doors—offering accessible, holistic training for all who desire to become servant leaders and positive influencers in their communities. As an emerging online program, ILP focuses on leadership development, spiritual formation, and personal growth, providing opportunities for young adults to discover their calling and strengthen their character. KLDF is actively working to expand and fully resource this initiative so it can reach more youth across diverse regions.

The program will officially launch after the completion of KLDF’s new dormitories, residences, offices, and training center. In addition to serving young leaders, ILP is

also designed to support KLDF’s long‑term sustainability by creating pathways for self‑reliant income generation and reducing dependence on external funding.
